In the heart of Kortrijk lies Nomma by Maddox, a place where tapas, cocktails, and wines from around the world come together in a unique sharing concept. At Stay Studio, we created an atmosphere and interior that perfectly aligns with the cosmopolitan allure of this concept.

Inspired by iconic bars and restaurants in cities like Paris, London, Dubai, and Marbella, we aimed to design a space that not only reflects global flavors but also creates a luxurious and inviting ambiance. It’s a destination where lovers of Mediterranean cuisine can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, finger food, Pinchos, Pinsa Romana, and Bocadillos in an interior that invites relaxed enjoyment. Every corner of the space is designed to offer guests a unique experience, whether it’s at the bar for an aperitif or at the table for a long evening of shared dining.

The bar, a true eye-catcher, is crafted from warm walnut veneer and finished with elegant Taj Mahal quartzite, providing a subtle yet luxurious feel. These natural materials are enhanced by refined bronze accents and bronze mirrors, which give the space a warm glow while adding depth. The travertine floor tiles create a timeless foundation, while also evoking a Mediterranean tranquility that perfectly complements the restaurant’s cuisine.
